I need a TE, lost Walker, Reed for some reason now that he's healthy, isn't getting targets.
I have a surplus of RB's with:
Barkley, McCaffrey, Ingram, Conner, Clement, Collins
One team has three TE's. Olsen, V. McDonald, and Engram.
I think Alex Collins is probably the best RB I want to part with, would Collins for Engram be a fair trade (standard league). I like McDonald, but he's on a bye this week. I could still trade for him of course and struggle through this week, like I did the other weeks (4 - 2 and in first place in this league).
He doesn't exactly need RB's, he has Mixon Hyde, and Breida, bu that's all he has and Breida and Hyde have the same bye.
Reed is getting the targets, he just not doing anything with them. He's on my team, and he is driving me nuts. Apparently, he's got good matchups in the future, but I'm starting Njoku while he is hot.
Good luck
But Collins for Engram is fair.
A. Wilson
M. Crabtree
Allstarjim likes Wilson and Gabriel a lot, with an emphasis on Wilson. I don't know his feelings on Crabtree. My league is non-ppr. I'm trying to find a reliable WR2/Flex.
Gabriel
Wilson
Crabtree
(highest floor)
Crabtree (the most consistent targets of the three)
Gabriel
Wilson (shitty QB situation and Davante Parker could come back at some point as the #1 WR - not sure what's going on there - he went from up and comer to persona non grata really quickly)
The funny thing is Crabtree was on my team and I cut him. He was getting lots of targets and doing nothing with them. Frustrating. Then once he was off my team, he finally started making plays. Go figure.
Save your Powder---you may be able to parlay those RB's for a big receiver later.

Yea, still plays the Giants twice. :(

but considering the need, I'd make that offer.

Yup. Ha
Week 1 - lost to Kmed by 1 point because I lost both Baldwin and Freeman to injury early in their games. Easily should have won.
Week 2 - Flat out lost to Uconn
Week 3 - Still without Baldwin and Freeman, I tried to get some Fitzmagic instead of rolling with Ryan. That management decision cost me the win because Ryan scored 50 pts.
Week 4 - I scored one hundred and fucking ninety six points (196) and still lost to PJ
Week 5 - Got beaten solidly by Arc.
Week 6 - Soundly beat FMiC
So, my team is 4th in total points but sitting at 11th based upon record. The good thing is there is still a little time. Last year I was in 11th place at Thanksgiving and still made the playoffs.
We will see what happens.
If I'm this guy:
Goff/Mixon/Baldwin
I wouldn't do that.
I think Goff is better than Watson or it's really close, Mixon is better than Ingram, and Baldwin (if healthy) is better than Ridley.
rest of the way, I'd bet on Baldwin over Ridley.

Yeah, I'm 2nd in points scored and I'm in 7th place.
in our fantasy baseball league many years ago, Weatherman out together a formula to calculate the "luck" factor, and while it doesn't change the standings it would make me feel a little bit better knowing I'm more unlucky than bad. LOL.
But before you do that, see if C.J. Uzomah is available. The Bengals are down to just Uzomah as a viable TE option, he's played well for them, catching everything, and they have the tastiest of matchups this weekend against Kansas City.

I would have snagged Uzomah, the only waiver TE options are:
Mark Andrews
Antonio Gates
Rhett Ellison
Ryan Griffin
and players like that.
If you could swing that trade where you are getting Goff, Mixon, and Baldwin, hell yes. I think you win big in that deal.

I think the offer suggested of Collins for Engram is fine (you're overpaying but sometimes to get a deal done that's what you have to do).

The the trade route is the way you should go. However, you might be able to do a little better if you send Collins. Do you think you could get Kittle coming off a down game? Otherwise, Collins for Engram is fine.
I also have a tight end question. In my keeper league (10-team standard), Eric Ebron is inexplicably available. I have the 2nd waiver priority, but also have Gronk and Trey Burton (who I am still bullish on).
My only drop candidate would be Mike Williams, and I think I'm a little too emotionally invested in him long term. I do feel his potential is big-time #1 WR, but will need an injury to Allen or Tyrell Williams to get going, which of course has happened several times in the past. If I did drop Williams, I'd be down to Robert Woods, Golden Tate, and Kenny Golladay as my WR depth, but Tate and Golladay are both past their bye which is nice.
I have the #2 waiver priority and would almost certainly need to use it to acquire him. I could drop Williams, Burton, or my kicker, and then figure out the kicker situation later. I could move a TE later but I can also go two TE in my flex should the need arise, which it probably won't because of the assembled talent I have at RB (Zeke, Barkley, Mixon, Michel, Dalvin Cook). I also may need to upgrade at QB (Watson & Stafford) to put me over the top as a championship team, if Watson's injuries continue to limit him (I'm playing Stafford this week).
I'm crazy if I don't use my waiver priority on him, right? Just get him and drop Williams? Keep Williams and drop Burton, who is likewise past his bye?
I thought he'd be more involved, but with Gordon, Allen, T. Williams, he's just not a priority and without consistent targets it's harder to have success (obviously).
I think in a keeper league he might be worth holding on to, but for Ebron I'd drop him.
I could also drop Burton, but as you point out the Bears already had a bye week and the Colts didn't so you'll need another TE in a couple weeks regardless.

That was to me. The same guy who smacked Arc around while starting two guys who were declared out before the game.
Boo-yah!

Regardless what happens, this is a 5 keeper league and there is no way I will have him as a keeper. I just think he could go off this year if circumstances (injury) allow. I have Saquon, Zeke, Michel, Mixon, Cook, Watson, Golladay, Gronk...I can only keep 5 guys and all of them I still have keeps on. My depth is disgusting right now I just hope I can parlay it to a championship. This may be my best chance. I appreciate your feedback, I think I am going to put in the claim and blow my #2 priority on a TE, lol. The upshot of at least keeping him off of my opponent's roster is probably worth it.
Reynolds will get some serious burn and fantasy numbers will likely follow. If you want to be cautious and stash him and see what he does, that's fine. If you don't have that luxury, I'd feel pretty confident that he will at least get you something in your flex or WR2 spot and not be a total bust, and there is legitimate upside there.
Coming out of Texas A&M, Reynolds is a wiry, tall receiver (6'3") with downfield speed (4.52 40 at the combine, which is good for a tall receiver). He's certain to be a vertical threat for Goff against a susceptible 49ers pass defense that has given up the 9th most fantasy points to WRs thus far.
Denver - Arizona, KC, Houston
Colts - Buffalo, Oakland, Bye
Buffalo - Colts, NE, Bears
Redskins - Dallas, NYG, Atlanta
Dolphins - Detroit, Houston, Jets
Browns - TB, Pitt, KC
Cowboys - Washington, Bye, tennesee
As you can see the list sucks. The cowboys are out because my other defense has a bye that week. Denver has two decent matchups, but again.... they play KC the week my other team has a bye.
What the fuck do I do?
Personally I have some shares of Coleman and disgusted by his performance. I may shop him with the news that broke, but even when he has a play or two it sucks to see Smith break so significantly into his workload, including goal line work.
I don't like Steve Sarkisian's offense at all especially when it comes to running the ball, so I'm probably going to hang on to Coleman one more week and see how it goes now that Freeman is completely out of the picture, but I'm likely going to try and move him off my team whether or not he has a good game.

I picked up Smith immediately. I have one stud (Barkley) - then a bucnh od backups (Yeldon, Smith, Ekeler, Kerryon, and Royce). I need an injury to have a legitimate 2nd RB.

I'm not even a fan of Ito Smith. The problem is as long as there's not a clear #1, that offense isn't running the ball effectively enough to allow for either player to have legitimate fantasy value.
See if Marlon Mack is available. He's only 57% owned in NFL Leagues and I think now that he's on the other side of his injuries it seems he is clearly the best RB on that roster that is in need of an effective rush attack. Mack had 89 yards on 12 carries this week. So big play potential is there. Other than that, Corey Clement if he's available. But if your league is like mine, the cupboard is pretty bare on the waiver wire at the RB position.
If so, which one would you keep of the 3 WR's?

for
Melvin Gordon and Bortles
I guess it depends on how the Pittsburgh backfield shakes out. If Bell gets traded or never suits up (even if he does report that's a distinct possibility), I think the Cam/Conner side wins pretty handily. But if Conner and Bell end up in a timeshare I'd probably rather have the Gordon side. The guy trading for Cam is sick of Bortles inconsistency and has no other real starting options. The guy trading for Gordon has Luck so feels like he can afford to lose Cam.
Thoughts? I'm not really sure who's winning here so curious how others feel. It's a standard redraft league if that makes any difference.
I’d rather have Ito. With Miami’s QB situation I’d have a hard time ever trusting Wilson whereas I could see Smith carving out a majority of his timeshare with Coleman as the season goes on.
