Most underrated 80s movie ever

chopperhatch : 10/16/2018 10:09 pm
It's gotta be Crocodile Dundee and Crocodile 2. You never hear them mentioned when discussing the best movies of the 80s and they belong on the list.

Flame away...plus, I would bang the snot out of Linda Kozlowski.

That's one of my wife's favorite movies.

Another good entry for this is also one of her favorites: Let It Ride, with Richard Dreyfuss and David Johansen.

loved it.

Should have been able to tell Crispin Glover was going to wind up batshit crazy by how well he played that part.
yep
Greg from LI : 10/17/2018 10:57 am : link
No one did loony like Crispin Glover, because he IS loony. Dennis Hopper is great in it too.

Did you know that one was loosely based on a true story?

Missing in Action Part 2

Best sequel ever!
Birdy - 1984
RiffRaff : 10/17/2018 1:08 pm : link
starring a young Matthew Modine and Nicholas Cage; directed by Alan Parker, who also directed Mississippi Burning and The Commitments.

Birdy is a weird fun movie with an excellent sound track from Peter Gabriel and terrific cinematography. But most of all, it has one of the best endings to a film you'll ever see. I highly recommend it.

You ever read this? Diuretix, The Science of Matter Over Mind? That book'll change your life. I found it in the back of a Maserati in Beverly Hills....know what I mean?

Some nice friends you got there, Otto.
