If I remember correctly BBI was a fan last time. If I'm remembering incorrectly, it was really popular nevertheless. I think some of you folks may be interested. I'm feeling like a pig in shit right now. I really like the first part. The first episode is really good so far.
I'm more of a documentary type of person.
I only started and didn't want to give spoilers but I guess it's not much of a spoiler since you'll find out pretty much right away. He hired a lawyer that's good at overturning wrongful convictions. That's as far as I've gotten.
I wonder if the same people considered the first one to be more entertainment than investigative. Because if they did then it's possible it's just their opinion about the whole series.
Hell yeah. One of the best tv shows I’ve seen in a while. Hope the 2nd season is as good as the first.

reviews say it’s more entertainment than it is investigative. I’ll watch it but I’m not sure it will be anything special.

That’s certainly possible. I did a quick search and saw similar headlines stating something similar across several avenues. I wouldn’t surprise me though, we know the story and we know nothing has really happened since. That was my initial thought when they first greenlit this which is why I’m skeptical.
Still going to watch, but I’m going to get to some other stuff first.

Yeah, I figured if Avery were released it would be all over social media.
Apparently they're filming it right now. My wife's cousin does some kind of PR/event coordination for the city of Pittsburgh and he posted on fb earlier this week that they were looking for extras. Bummed me out, I was hoping they were further along in the process.
I did enjoy the original documentary but also felt it was about two episodes too long.
