Shaker, Shen, Saratoga, Guilderland

Shaker is very good and is the top seed, should advance, but Shen is always a factor - huge district.

Does anyone know a good website/app to follow high school sports

in Westchester/Rockland as well as the rest of the state. Newsday and their new Newsday sports app do a great job with long island, the PSAL website is good for the city, but I never really followed the high school sports in the Hudson Valley, CT, or NJ. What are the best school districts for sports? I want to make sure my kids play for good teams. I know Nassau in and out, I can tell all of you the best districts for sports that are also good academically are Massapequa, Farmingdale, Wantagh, Garden City, etc.

Plays them again to face the winner of Shaker/Guilderland.

I predict Shaker vs Shen in the SB. Shen wins. They have a great chance to reach state this year. Huge up front and a really really good DL.

They are beasts! Coach starts rotating in his bench players early in the third quarter. Would not surprise me in the least if they make it to the Dome and win the title. But the Upstate schools have proved very tough for New Ro in the past.

Jersey is a whole different animal. Football and other sports at the North Jersey Catholic High Schools are on a national-quality level, but there are some really good public programs all over the state, from Bergen County to the Shore.
