I have to disagree. Lots of fans of the league enjoy seeing the Giants lose. Plus, there is the Barkley effect. Interest in Barkley isn’t rampant yet, but if I’m a football fan or fantasy player, I would tune in for Barkley alone. Hell, I’m a Giants fan and Barkley is my primary reason to watch the entire game. And, if he has a big first quarter or half, he will keep eyes on the game.

OBJ has 3 TD's One on a crossing pattern he takes 70 yards to the house pissing in the end zone at Mara who looks on in disgust from his luxury box. Barkley has 100 yards runshing and receiving with 2 TDs. The NY Giants are again alive in the NFC East!!!

I am lokking for slow but steady progress over the course of the remaining games. Don't think playoffs are realistic - but getting more comfortable with th new schemes, playing together. Playing for each other. Think some significant improvement is on the horizon.
One of the biggest questions - Wheeler's learning curve.
I am down to hoping we do not get embarrassed and people stop laughing openly when I wear Giants gear. There was a time when I would have smacked someone in the mouth or insulted them personally in retaliation, what would I be fighting for at this point? We truly have been a laughing stock for a while.

Giants will play well in both, let's see if they clean up the little details and lack of awareness that's been killing them.
