But I think that is almost always the case for teams that get off to bad starts. Did anyone see the Chargers after 0-4 making a run at the playoffs last season.

Conference is average, except for Rams and Saints. However, this team is not capable, as constructed, to even be competitive. Team collapses after getting behind in games. Only thing I want to see this year is improvement in Oline, rookies developing and us beating Dallas, Eagles and Redskins, at least ONCE!

everything fell in line for the Giants to recover their season. Two weeks ago it was all NFCE teams losing and the G-men f'ed it up. Yesterday, the two teams in the NFCE that beat them lost and only Washington won head to head with Dallas. That was the best possible scenario within the NFCE that could have happened for the Giants. Can they take advantage this time? I'm not so sure but I will be rooting until they are mathematically out. It's crazy that two wins in a row can still change their season.

Tend to agree. Giants will have to put up more than 30 tonight to have any chance at all. They just don't do that. Against Washington? No chance.
