If Oakland is in purge mode I would seriously look into grabbing Carr. Yes he has a large contract but he can play in this league at an ultra high level.

The Raiders are going to take him. They will trade up if they have to and they certainly have the ammunition to. Those 2020 1st round picks are going to be very valuable with a strong QB class.

If Herbert enters the draft then I would rather see SF have the #1 pick than Oakland. SF definitely won't take a QB and may be willing to trade down.
