Maggie Gray randomly apologized last week (the apology seemed to come unsolicited) and the Garden responded today that the apology was insincere, therefore they will no longer do business with Entercomm.
Her rant over the summer created national buzz. To me, it seemed a bit forced and scripted. It came right after CMB got bumped for Francesa, so it's possible the rant was used as a publicity stunt. Who knows, but Dolan's response is petty.
Dolan is disgusting and hypocritical. He's also a tyrant and an enabler. It's not clear whether he and MSG organization realize that her "vile piece of trash" accusation was (I assume) a metaphor.

She's one of the better people to listen to on the FAN or ESPN radio. Not that it's saying much, but she's much better than the guys with her or the other hosts on both stations.

to control who players can speak with in the media? Maybe we can try to convince Marc Staal to test this "ban". I used to be a tech for Cablevision (now Altice after Dolan sold the farm) and back in 2012 the rumor was that Dolan and his goon squad were going to show up at all the depots to walk around and see how things were going. I laughed at how my supervisor at the time was in a near panic about moving some things around our room, taking the posters off the wall, relocating a cabinet,cleaning the room up like the Queen of England was coming.
He never did show up after all that lol
