Like every other nationally televised night game
Where they get killed
We stay up late to watch it Happen
And feel like I have to apologize to people at work the next day for disgracing the game of football

Have the Giants ever been good on Monday night? Actually I looked it up, and since 2010 they are 5 - 7. So, yes, let's not embarrass us for goddamn once.
Violence out of the defense. I want to see Landon Collins actually tackle, I want to see any of our OLBs get in Ryan's face and I want Barkley to run for 200. Just fight boys.
I think we can win down there the problem is can they
get off the field on third down and can they give Barkley
some room to run between the tackles, if they do Barkley
will run wild and give us a chance to put some points on the board .Defense has its work cut out defending the pass .
I am not gonna sit here and say they can't win there a good
offense for sure but it's time for our offense to get it going and tonight they will !
Mara has to be snapped to reality that the entire organization needs to be rethought.
Not going to happen. Chris Mara stays and John continues to involve himself in draft day and free agent decisions. This is their "toy" and it's going to stay that way.
We've got to know what we have in this guy by the draft.
If the Giants feel there is a franchise QB available when they draft, there is zero chance Lauletta will influence that decision regardless of how well he were to play in 2018.
The Giants playing tonight feels like a fucking chore. I feel like I'm obligated to watch it even though I barely want to.
I'm guessing I'll be able to safely shut it off before 10 or so.
I was thinking about this earlier today - I feel the same way you do. It really pisses me off, because I used to really get excited to watch them play. I can't recall the last time I felt that way.
Now the games are an exercise to guess which plays will be highlighted for criticism on Baldinger's Twitter feed.
This fucking team isn't a competent NFL team. Fundamentally broken.
To see them play. They will infuriate me, but when they cross the white lines, that old feeling kicks in and I still love it. I'm anxious to see Engram back and of course to see what #26 has in store for us and I have a feeling that one of these days the old Odell will arrive and just blow someone's doors off and have one his multi TD insane yardage games. I know it's coming.
I am still interested...been doing it too long to stop now I guess Â
Would love to see them come out crazy aggressive though on Offense and just bring it on every drive. Start firing the balls all over the place and stop this bullshit.
Like a 44-42 win with all of our guys lighting it up on Offense.
-Guard Patrick Omameh (knee)
-Wide receivers Jawill Davis (concussion) and Russell Shepard (neck)
-CB Mike Jordan
-Quarterback Kyle Lauletta
-Defensive tackle John Jenkins
-Safety Kamrin Moore

Maybe tonight. If the D does its job, this is winnable. I say that every time when another Giants kick-off comes around even though, before that, I go through my now regular "it's hopeless" act.

Damn, and here I was anxious to see Mike Jordan, John Jenkins, and Kamrin Moore play.
Hand off to Barley early and often than hit OBJ on a slant and away we go!

Unfortunately, it’s not NYG. Atlanta got back on track last week against the Bucs and will continue to roll at home.
Biggest question I have is will I be awake in the 2nd half.

Who am I kidding. I'll watch till the bitter end. Maybe I'll be surprised.
I agree, sadly.
So I guess here’s to hoping ATL lays 40 on us?
There's not a thing that could happen in this season that would make him fire Gettleman. That's just not in the dna.
Hate to admit it, but I see good in either outcome.

No need to hope. Against our defense, I would assume it is a given. The question is will be score enough to make it respectable/competitive?
One-off comment - When Landon Collins throws his shoulder in lieu of a tackle... Drives me batshit. More than anything else thus far this year.

Not sure, but based on what I've seen so far this year, he will catch a 35 yard pass down the field tonight, then be put on IR on Wednesday.
I'm guessing I'll be able to safely shut it off before 10 or so.
GO GIANTS!

I'm on the west coast - the game will mostly likely be effectively over even before I get home from work!
I will raise you one. When players get well on the Giants, they go big.

Get 2 turn overs.
If this one gets ugly I’ll have no choice.
We are going to see Engram split out side some I bet. Ellison at TE.
So maybe we can hang in there for 2 qtrs.
Doomed.
Falcons game plan:
Double Beckham.
Bottle up Barkley.
Live with endless check downs to everyone else.
Damn, it's this guy.
