The OL is shit! True not doubt!!! But Eli mentally is not there anymore ... His ceiling and floor has dropped and is dropping ...
I dont know if I would toss Kyle in there out or not just due to the OL stinks and we end up "David Carr-ing" him ... but for 1/2 a season I think I might risk it to get him piss poor game conditions, cause that is what he will see, but we need to see how he handles it ... moving forward
Still got mad love for Eli but it is a wrap .... he is only killing his HoF chances at this point.
I still think Shurmur's a tool for doing this to his QB, now multiple times, with the NY media market being what it is.

The throw is open OBJ is the 1st target because the D is going to swing with SB .. you fake the hand-off your head is to the left ... come right and hit OBJ IMMEDIATELY ... it is a pre-snap read .. then you come off OBJ and hit 1 of the TEs ... which he chose the wrong one ... It is all QB vision .. and progressions ...

I was at the game and in perfect line of sight of this play (4 rows back from the field), Eli had OBJ open immediately and didn't take the throw..

They should add to the end of the clip, the part of the post-game where Shurmur said something like, Odell was better covered than it looked like at first...

Exactly the window was quick and the read progression is quick ... red zone and poor OL with a statue QB ... it was pure execution that failed the play! his 3rd read was open after he missed the 2nd ... but instead he tried to force it to the 2nd read ....
Yet it still hit his hands.
And of course the bad throw with Odell open in the end zone.
Yet, Eli made a bunch of great throws, especially in the hurry up.
SOMEONE TELL ME WHY WE CANT GO HURRY UP MORE OFTEN?
Eli is ALARMINGLY too inconsistent.
And of course the bad throw with Odell open in the end zone.
So everyone and their mother said Odell screwed up by misreading the defense - yet its still Eli's fault?
Really?
And of course the bad throw with Odell open in the end zone.
Witten said it during the game, Shurmur talked to Odell after the play, and they highlighted it postgame. That throw looks horrible, but it's not on Manning. If Odell simply sticks his foot in the ground and cuts to the corner, the pass is on target and it's the easy TD it should have been. Instead, he adds a wiggle at the top when he already had position on the DB that threw the timing of the whole thing off.
