NGT: NFCE - Redskins injuries

DavidinBMNY : 11/5/2018 8:25 am
The Redskins OL is decimated right now. Even if they suit those players up, it's most likely going to be at least a month of makeshift alignments, guys not playing with who they normally do Etc.

Losing 3 OL in one game, no team can win that game.

I think they're going to get lapped by the Eagles or the Cowboys.

I haven't wavered

since preseason.

PHI is winning this division.
I didn't follow the game closely
jcn56 : 11/5/2018 8:29 am : link
did they lose 3 OL starters during the game?

I thought they were actually going to beat the Falcons, and then they laid that egg.
Playing the Giants is not a good indicator of a team

Matt Ryan was not under duress all game. They probably should've scored 40+

Williams was inactive (thumb surgery). Lavauo when your with a knee. Scherff with a shoulder. Neither returned and getting MRI’s today. Moses went out with a knee but returned.
Cowboys are a patch job

Skins are the skins. Relying on AP isn’t the way to go.

Eagles have this and they’ll prove it Sunday night
If it’s not the Giants

I don’t care.
How many times are people going to allow themselves

to be tricked into believing in the Redskins????
Philly will take the division by default.

Washington is not a good team and cannot overcome their injuries to their line.
The Irony is even with all those injured OL starters and
Blue21 : 11/5/2018 9:26 am : link
second stringers coming into the game they still look better than our OL.
Now is the time that we the other teams in our division thinking we

stink to go on a 6- 2 run and win the division at 7 - 9. The first team to win the superbowl with a losing record.

They aren't very good either.
The sad thing is...
bradshaw44 : 11/5/2018 10:33 am : link
Looking at our remaining schedule, in a normal season, every game is winnable if we were a middle of the pack team. So frustrating.

this is what I do not understand. how can our OL suck worse than most teams backup players? it just doesn't make any sense how bad we are.
5 new OL, new coaching staff, new scheme
SHO'NUFF : 11/5/2018 11:26 am : link
and our line still sucks...inexplicable! The only constant is Eli, but how can you blame him?
If you guys..
FatMan in Charlotte : 11/5/2018 11:33 am : link
watched the second half of that game, their OL did NOT look better than ours. They literally couldn't move the ball at all and smith was under constant pressure. If anything, it should strengthen how important the OL is to even appear to have a functional offense.

The Skins rookie tackle (can’t remember his name - is he the guy that played at Bucknell?) got blowed up. Literally tossed backwards, decleated, and landed right on his tailbone.

Slam dunk on that watching Rams-Saints, Pack-Pats: a different world than the Giants have inhabited the past five-six years. And when there was pressure, Brees so nimble, Rodgers (struggling w/ his 'knee') less so, Mahomes, even Ben has good escapability
I don't..
FatMan in Charlotte : 11/5/2018 12:16 pm : link
think he's the Bucknell guy. Unless we're cranking out OL guys!!

The only Bucknell guy I know in the NFL is Davenport, the tackle from Houston that was getting abused by us in our win.

I don't think there are two shitty Bison linemen!!
Bucknell grads are very grouchy guys
