Hepatitis A alert for BBI ST. Pete FL Toasted Monkey

All who were at restaurant between Oct. 17 thru Oct 28 (Redskins game}: Health Dept. closed restaurant/bar due to an employee testing out as having Hep Type A.
Health Dept. asks that anyone at restaurant between those dates and not previously vaccinated for hepatitis A, to get vaccinated. Dept. of Health is offering vaccinations at following locations:
ST. Pete: 205 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. ST North
Pinellas Park: 6350 76 Ave North
Mid-County {Largo} 8751 Ulmerton Rd
Clearwater: 310 North Myrtle Ave
Tarpon Springs: 301 S. Disston Ave

A 24-hour hotline has been set up for people who have questions about
hepatitis A: 727-824-6932

Geez...I live in the Tampa area but a few weeks ago floated the idea of going there to watch the game. Glad she passed!

As of Oct. 22, 2018, 58 cases of hepatitis A has been found in the county and 188 cases in the state of Florida. The cost of the vaccines has been waved by the Health Dept.
