Q: Missed question.
A: I want to be able to help them out with that and be a big factor on the D-Line. That’s my goal, to come out and immediately be a big factor.
Q: How frustrating has this been for you from back in the combine to not being able to do anything during training camp, being inactive – what’s it been like?
A: It’s been very frustrating. I learned to be patient and wait on my time, which now it is. You got to be able to go out there and execute, know my stuff and like I said, it was a little frustrating at first, but you learn to be patient.
Q: When did they tell you that they were going to elevate you?
A: Today. Coach made that decision and I was happy coming into practice when I got it.
Q: Oh they told you when you got into the locker room?
A: Yeah.
Q: This morning you knew today was going to be the day, that you were going to find out.
A: I knew today was the decision day. I’m glad and happy – excited that coach made that decision to put me on the 53 (man roster).
Q: Was there a concern that you might not?
A: The way that the season has been going and how they’ve been – the decisions they made, it’s out of my hands, so yeah I guess a little bit. I was worried about it a bit.
Q: What are you going to bring to this defense?
A: I’m going to bring – I’m a hard working guy. I think my specialty is pass rushing and I want to be able to be a big factor in that and also be an all-around guy. Help the D-Line room, help the defense and hopefully I’m a big factor in that.
