NFT: Tickets for 2019 Big East Tournament

Mike in Philly : 11/8/2018 8:08 pm
My wife is a huge Villanova fan, and I’m wondering where I might be able to get passes for all games in this seasons tournament. This would be a great Xmas present. Does such a thing exist? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Any shot your wife is a Villanova Alum? If so, she might want to call the school as each school typically gets an allotment of tickets for "all sessions". Most schools offer these for alumni and are above and beyond what they would give to students.

Google is also your friend, as if you type in 2019 Mens Big East Tournament 2019, "all sessions tickets", there are a ton of secondary sites already selling them.

Keep in mind that aside from the final, most tickets are offered as "sessions". I don't know if you want to go that route as you get closer and the teams/dates are known, the prices tend to go up for the schools with the larger following. However, if you click the link below, the ticket offerings for all sessions are fairly priced at the moment.

The Big East Tourney is awesome and if you wife is a big Nova fan, she will have a blast.

Good Luck.

Thanks for the info. Yea, my wife is an alum, but I’d like to make this a gift so I don’t really want to tell her before hand. I looked at various sites and saw flex-tickets offered, but didn’t know what exactly that meant. I’ll retry my search as you suggested.

It is worth a shot, but you might be able to call the Nova alumni office on her behalf and explain what you are trying to do. The worst that happens is they say no.

Not familiar with the flex tickets and I would be leery on buying those through a secondary market as you might get shut out of Nova’s session.

I Checked the Big East site and it doesn’t look like tickets are on sale. Which means they probably already had the sale and the tickets were gobbled up by brokers. There wouldn’t be that much of a supply out there if the sale didn’t already take place.
