I hear Rosetta Stone works but is pretty expensive. Babble is getting hyped recently also. So anyone have one they like and can recommend?
Duolingo

I've had some success with this app. It's free and there are a good amount of languages on there. Plus it's perfect for a 15 minute train ride instead of sitting down for an hour long session
I really liked fluenz

The instructor is easy on the eyes that didn't hurt.

This got me passable at what I call "bar, taxi and restaurant Spanish.

I suplimented it with Duolingo
Agree on Fluenz.

I’ve done them all, Fluenz is the best. Easily.

That said, the best way to really learn is to leverage a combination of apps / programs. Just sticking with one, you’ll get bored. There’s so many free tools now to leverage beyond Fluenz such as YouTube videos and podcasts.

And, ANKI. Use Anki. Any new word or phrase or rule you learn, record it in ANKI in real time.
Thanks all for the advice
