Anyone else pumped for this WWII era movie?
On the eve of D-Day, American paratroopers drop behind enemy lines to penetrate the walls of a fortified church and destroy a radio transmitter. As the soldiers approach their target, they soon begin to realize that there's more going on in the Nazi-occupied village than a simple military operation. Making their way to an underground lab, the outnumbered men stumble upon a sinister experiment that forces them into a vicious battle against an army of the undead. |
It's like the Wolfenstein video game come to life!

Some will view your reply on the surface as racist, and it of course is obviously not. It does however raise a good question. African Americans were basically treated like shit in the military during this time. I for one love the fact that a person of color is the lead in the movie. Looking forward to seeing it.
Also, Kurt Russell's son Wyatt is in this too.
OTOH, It is a movie about zombies in WWII so it really is not trying for ultra realism.

because there are people who look to be offended by anything.
thankfully no
It’s scifi, it’s not meant to be historical.
Dirty Dozen, Return to Navarone? Captain America? Its a movie about Nazi zombies or something. Historical accuracy is not a selling point.
Had a bloody great time watching this!
