I know fiber, fiber, fiber.... but sometimes it just doesnt do the trick for me. And sometimes I can get it around it by eating every day food for a meal.
1. Pizza and a sprite. For whatever reason, its like magic.
2. Turkey Sandwich with seasoning plus OJ.
3. Onion rings.
Again, not some of the healthiest choices, bu when you gotta go, ya gotta go.
I can barely make it home in time.
I should also mention it's best in the morning when you wake up. I started doing this every day for the past couple of years and I swear by it.
That feeling alone seems like it should be a major incentive to not get hooked on opioids, but I know it's not that simple.
If I could have walked or driven a car I think I would have gone to taco bell or other fast food place to break the dam.
I did nothing but stop taking the pain meds and gradually began to function again.
but fast food, specifically taco bell, would have been my first choice.
