The timeout was far less of an issue than the subsequent 25 yards allowed on a WR screen pass on 3rd and 15.
Eagles got beat on those WR screens and flats passes all night. Horrible defense to not stop those little plays which Dallas seemed to use a couple times per series. May have been more. Eagles just did not cover them.
