and a lot of help for us to even compete for the playoffs. But I'd be happy to see a few more wins from this team in the second half of the season.

By week 14, Giants fans are looking at bottom dwellers trying to figure draft status.

But as ridiculous as it is, a part of me believes there might be a meaningful game before the season ends.

Unfortunately for me, until the next quarterback is in place, hard to get 100% behind wins that probably will accomplish nothing except making that possibility in the coming draft more difficult, but at the same time I enjoyed the win.

The funniest part of this thread is all of those outcomes are actually feasible.

It�s too bad, because the Giants are, by far, the healthiest team in the NFC East. All else being equal, that might be a decisive factor down the stretch. But they are just too far down, plus 0-3 in the division.

It doesn�t help that they pretty much suck.

The team needs to stop making mental mistakes and execute. Stop the swing passes to Barkley where there is 5 defenders waiting for him. Stop the 2 yard crossing pass with Engram. Odell needs to catch the the easy passes. Eli needs to get rid of it if nothing is there.

I don't need them to win the remaining 8. I just want them to get better and play better each week.

In grammar school my friends and I never saw the Giants in a playoff game. We would do this type of scenarios and math to calculate if we were mathematically eliminated from making the playoffs. We considered a playoff season one where we still had a mathematical chance at Thanksgiving. The season was shorter and there was no wild card.

is if the O Line was serviceable the NY Giants would be in the hunt for the division. The schedule was not brutal. We caught Saints at a good time before they were fully self aware. The division opponents are yet get in gear and are very beatable.
