1. QB Justin Herbert
2. ER Nick Bosa
3. DL Ed Oliver
4. CB Greedy Williams
5. ER Cielen Ferrell
6. OG Jonah Williams
7. DL Quinnen Williams
8. ER Rashan Gary
9. OT Greg Little
10. DS Deionte Thompson
11. WR AJ Brown
12. QB Dwayne Haskins
13. QB Will Grier
14. CB Deandre Baker
15. ER Josh Allen
Interesting that they chose to list Jonah Williams as a guard. Daniel Jones still considered 2nd round value in their eyes, but Will Grier has moved into the top 15.

Nice to see so many ER's listed because we need two of them.
How many safeties have his versatility. When was the last time Saban trusted a FS like this? It is before Collins was drafted at least.
Thompson has been compared to Earl Thomas. If he is that good he is going higher.
Couldn't agree more. He's third round - at best.

Edge Rusher.
That Miss State Dline, btw, is loaded with NFL talent.
Why are you eliminating Herbert (thank God) and Bosa?

Seriously, I’m eliminating Herbert (thank God) and Bosa. I’d be thrilled with Oliver, Clelin, or Little.

Not a fan of Herbert in the least. He’s not been impressive at all. Let Gruden take him. And regarding Bosa: I want him most but he’s probably not going to be available at 3 or 4 where we’d likely be picking.
stop winnin' for Quinnen?
That is gold

Yeah he was. He has dominated this year. I'd take him over Ed Oliver.
I can actually see a pathway to where Eli is the guy next season.

We have to keep in mind that every team is expecting us to be picking a QB. Those other teams that also want a QB in a limited QB class will need to trade up in front of us. San Fran will be selling that pick for a haul unless they absolutely love Bosa. The Raiders may or may not go QB. The point to keep in mind is that DG identified the main problem with the team as the OL (run/pass blocking [Run the ball]). He has a pretty young stable of guys to Stop the Run. And of course, the gaping hole of being unable to Rush the Passer.
With an improved OL, DG may finally win on his bet that Eli has years left. Barkley will finally have some holes to run through and Eli will have his pocket to pass from. People like to make fun of his derision of analytics, but what happens when they look at Eli's analytics behind an OL that has had 9 different OL combinations? An improved completion pct., increased passer rating, yardage on pace to be top 3 over his career, low INT, etc.
I'm fully expect for Eli to be our starter next year, and I won't back away from the notion that he is extended.
I really have no interest in going CB high in the draft but this guy's got an insane skill set. He's a tougher, more athletic version of Corey Webster IMO.
I am one who wanted a young quarterback, still do, but I also believe Eli can play at a winning level.
But the analytics that matter are points put in the board, and the Giants offense led by Eli has been deficient there for a while now.
He hasn't had much help to be sure. But I m not willing to bet that given that help he could still win a championship.
Hence IMO, it s best to move on. Also there is this: Too many NFL people believe he is the problem.
Watch how they utilize UFA when it opens. I'm expecting them to work on the OL, defensive back end, and try to find spots to pick on edge rushers they believe are ascending.
If you're successful in building the lines, it makes it "easier" to plug in a QB, even if you don't have the blue chipper.
His stats are average, but he absolutely manhandles every tackle he plays. The problem is I dont see him as OLB desite his freak athleticism. He would probably be a DE in a 3-4.

If NYG is picking #3, the QB probably isn't happening. If Gary demonstrates he can play OLB in a 3-4, he will be in the mix.

That's the question to answer, because if he's not a fit at OLB you pass.
Same with Oliver unless he can play NT, and even then not many NT's go #3 overall.
I've seen him as a top 5 talent for a couple of years (like most of the consensus), but IMO, his best positions are 3 and 5 tech, certainly someone who can play nose on passing downs as well. I don't think it's necessarily detrimental to have him play outside the TE or OT as the furthest out, but his value is on the interior with a hand in the dirt. I think he would be an awesome player in any scheme, 3-4 DE in particular. He is a large, stout human being. The only thing Gary isn't adept at is keeping the motor running into the 4th quarter (not too different than most DL), although I think he's been better about it this year than the previous 2.
I don't see him as an OLB.

I am not comparing him to Watt.... but I think Gary is versatile enough to line up pretty much anywhere and play well. 4-3, 3-4..... I even believe you can line him on the nose on certain situations.
Dude is a football player, and can play well anywhere on the line, but we have bigger needs at Edge and OL and QB, so I dont see it. Id love to be wrong as a michigan homer. I think Gary's best days are ahead of him. Hopefully next Saturday starts it.
The guy I want in the 2nd round is Devin Bush. He is future pro-bowl MLB.

We legit had the same thought process haha.
But I would be very very open for them to get Bush in the 2nd round. Its time we finally get a do all LB with speed.
No chance in HELL
The Raiders are clearly at the beginning of a dramatic rebuild so they might not be looking to go QB this year. We all need to root for SF, Arizona, and most importantly Oakland from here on out.
