is doing anything different. I am sure that if you looked the team last year and then measured it against the team a few years prior that there would be a huge turnover as well. The problem is more about guys not performing for years and the team has had to constantly make changes.

Yup, ever since the collective bargaining agreement.

In the NFC East, the Cowboys have the most holdovers from 2015.

That means 2/3 of our roster is different than last year.

That is not as common as some here are making it out to be.
