Excluding his fantastic 2011, when you expected JPP to flourish, he wilted. When you expected litlle to nothing he rose up. We’re talking pass rush. He was almost always good against the run.
He is going to get stonewalled and about 5 minutes into the 3rd quarter wind up "injured" because he is frustrated and embarrassed- basically a continuation of his giant career.
JPP has manned the right side in Tampa and will be matched up against Nate. JPP will get his pressure, but if Eli has a pocket to step up into, Nate should be able to ride JPP around the outside. Of course, the smart matchup for Tampa would be to put JPP on Wheeler.
Barkley is the type of back that could challenge JPP on that side. JPP had a tendency of crashing down and leaving the edge open. I wonder how he plays the run now?
So anyone’s guess is as good as mine
Wheeler qualifies. If Greco were still at right guard I say no doubt over.
But 2 1/2 , that s a lot, I d say under. But doubt they shut him out.
