I had to google it and search myself, added 20 seconds of work!
I am by no means saying what he did was ok. It wasn't that bad though. Some female was coming at him and they were pushing each other, than some dude fell and knocked into her and she went into a wall and looked dazed. Then hunt comes by and taps her with his foot. You cant hear whats going on or what they are arguing about, but im not sure id categorize it as brutalizing a woman.

I mean how about just don’t put your hands on her?
And now, several thousand hours of social commentary and debate over an incident that anyone with an IQ over 50 and even a modicum of self restraint would never find themselves in.
Come on. Regardless of one's personal opinion of what he did, I think we all know the world well enough, even in 2018 compared to the past, to know careers don't end from something like that. (Especially since this is months old, and obviously the NFL hasn't imposed any discipline to date).
Even with that said, he should be suspended for the rest of the season at a minimum. But that would interfere with cable ratings, playoffs, fantasy playoffs and will likely not happen.
what the women were saying to Hunt. They seemed very aggressive by continuing to follow Hunt.
They pushes weren't crazy. They almost seemed somewhat defensive. But the kick, granted not like Renaldo taking a free kick, was very aggressive, especially with the woman already down by the elevator.
RE: RE: I didnt realize this happened in February Â
why just release footage now? Who took the footage? Why hold onto it?
That's the real question isn't it: why? The how and the who is just scenery for the public. Hunt, Andy Reid, the Chiefs, keeps 'em guessing like some kind of parlor game, prevents 'em from asking the most important question: why? Why was the tape released? Who benefited? Who has the power to cover it up? Who?
time worst video of him punching a much smaller woman in the face and then her head bouncing off the table I dont see how they can stop him from continuing to play.
probably will not be what Hunt did or didn't do, it will be the NFL's lack of action.
That is the only similarity I see to Rice. The NFL had the tapes, knew about the incident, and sat on it. Rice had a slap on the wrist until the video was leaked.
the NFL should have probably released the video, explained their action or lack of action, and moved on.
now it will seem like Rice and Josh Brown, and other incidents where it seems like the NFL hopes they just go away.
Also, it's possible the NFL did release a statement on this and it just didn't get attention b/c there was no significant discipline.

because by and large, NFL fans don't care about domestic violence. The NFL only cares about issues that affect their bottom line and that cause fans to boycott their product.
Hunt is a 200 pound professional athlete in peak physical condition. Hunt shoved the woman hard, and then threw the other guy who crashed into her knocking her down. He didn't tackle the woman directly, but he he what caused that violent collision, because he was reckless, aggressive and violent.
On top of that, he then came over and kicked her while she was on the ground.
Seems like it's par for the course for the Chiefs though. No one should ever forget that Tyreek Hill beat the shit out of his pregnant girlfriend.
or just a decent human and walking away...but your whole career is also at stake. How can you have so little self control that you will risk everything just to be show a woman what a tough guy you are?
No, the video overall wasn't as brutal as Ray Rice's, but that was probably just because other people were there who tried to intervene. He's just about as big a piece of shit as Rice.
RE: cops were called in... no issues with the cops Â
Because they have a brand to protect and not doing anything about a player striking a woman is a massive blow to your credibility as it pertains to domestic violence.
RE: RE: I didnt realize this happened in February Â
What a piece of shit. I’m no saint but I never gotten anywhere close to a physical situation like this with a woman. No decent man should ever put their hands on a woman like this. I have no idea how people are defending this. This guy wasn’t under any damage or dangerous situation. He had a drunk girl outside his hotel room.
And who cares if she used the N word. It’s an awful terrible word that should never be used, but I hate how it’s a accepted form of excuse to commit terrible acts. I’m not trying to start a race debate but I never understood that logic.

Pretty much this. Football fans don't care. KC Chief fans really don't care and probably will even justify what Hunt did.
But the real hypocrisy is when the NFL tries to market itself to women or as family friendly. When they make players wear pink for breast cancer awareness. Or when Goodell made a Rooney rule forcing teams to have to interview women for executive positions and even putting pressure on teams to hire female coaches. The pandering is hilarious when you consider they do nothing when their players actually abuse women.
It's not as bad as ray but we are in a different time. I think he is finished playing football.

That is without doubt they look horrible. I don't think a female can hit a man and not face the same repercussions. However, I would never expect a man to hit a women back unless it was life threatening scenario.

RE: RE: RE: the NFL doesn't care about domestic violence Â
he Chiefs sent Kareem Hunt home from their practice facility Friday.
Hunt addressed reports of this particular altercation back in August, stating he had "learned from it" and was focused on football. Chiefs owner Clark Hunt said in August that he didn't expect Hunt to be disciplined by the league. The franchise is now acting upon the release of the video to the public. ESPN's Dan Graziano suggests the most likely short-term solution is for Hunt to make the commissioner's exempt list, which would keep him from practicing or attending games until a final decision is made. Hunt could also be facing a six-game suspension under the league's Domestic Violence Policy.

What a weird fucking post, especially your comment on sexism. No man should hit a woman, just like the dolt who defended Mixon on BBI back then stating the girl put herself in that scenario and got what she got.
I’ve seen plenty of dudes slapped and pushed by females, I’ve never seen one punch back. Get a clue.
Like others above pointed out, tough guy / shit stain Joe Mixon is having a whale of a career in the NFL.
Gotta add though, it’s pathetic for any male to hit any female under any circumstances. But kicking her while she’s on the ground? That’s low even for a low life piece of trash like Hunt.
are simply abhorrent. Men are biologically bigger and stronger. We decided as a society a long time ago--correctly--that men should not take advantage of that by being violent to women. If you can't understand that you're either dense, a scumbag, or trolling.
"world-class male athletes in contact sports, never put your hands on a woman"
is pretty straightforward. An elite physical pro athlete simply has to learn that he doesn't have any other choice if he wants to maintain his profession. Or even just his dignity.

Leave Knineteen alone. He’s surely scared for life from the ass beating he took at the hands of a woman and knows first hand the power and fury they hold. I’m also convinced he very likely hit her back. Probably when she wasn’t looking...
The Chiefs' statement says in part, "As part of our internal discussions with Kareem, several members of our management team spoke directly to him. Kareem was not truthful in those discussions. The video released today confirms that fact. We are releasing Kareem immediately."

The district attorneys office within the jurisdiction has final say. They did not approve any charges being filed, NOT the cops. The cops took the evidence to the DA, they did not approve of any charges. Criticize the DA.
he deserves to be cut and honestly no team should sign him....sucks, but he is a buster ass bitch....I wish I would've seen him kick that girl...he would've wished he had his helmet and pads on...
the only thing that remotely makes it newsworthy vile and despicable is one had a dick and one didn't. The guy being shoved could have easily been hurt had the woman not softened the blow. I didn't see too many comments, if any, describing Hunt as brutalizing him. The woman could have easily kicked my ass, and if I were in her place, the whole situation would have been no big deal to most. two dudes having words, and some pushing. I'll bet a lot of people would think I was exhibiting false bravado for continuing to stand up to him while he was being held back by an army of men. certainly, no one would be talking about it almost a year later.
but, the rule is the rule, and you don't question whether the rule is correct, you simply obey the rule.
almost seem disappointed that the video wasn’t “worse”. Hard to tell who has what intentions on this thread but it’s alarming to me that people think this wasn’t that bad. I can’t help but think about my wife, daughter or sister getting shoved like that and what I would want to do to the person who did it to them...makes me sick.
Sure, she wasn’t “brutalized” but that shouldnt short change what did happened.
opinions are allowed to vary on how bad the abuse was, but I didn't see any comments hoping for worse (at least for her. I did see a comment hoping for a violent, career ending injury to Hunt, depriving him of income)
unless you are arguing that he “deserves” to be a millionaire by playing a game.
As for the rest, I said it plainly that it’s hard to tell what everyone’s intentions are but there’s 3 Hunt threads going and there’s more than a few posts suggesting this wasn’t that bad and I was even called sexist for thinking a man shouldn’t hit a woman, let alone a world class athlete doing it.
opinions are allowed to vary on how bad the abuse was, but I didn't see any comments hoping for worse (at least for her. I did see a comment hoping for a violent, career ending injury to Hunt, depriving him of income)
What do you think would have happened had all those other guys not gotten between them? Just think about that.
It's a good nod to accountability, but this wasn't some hard sacrifice for them.
Hunt wasn't playing another down this year regardless, and the negative attention is clearly not worth it for a guy who is shelved.
For those with a hard time understanding what's abhorrent about violence toward women -- maybe it's a little easier to bucket in the general sense unnecessary violence should never be tolerated, violence towards younger, smaller or more vulnerable people should never be tolerated -- and in this case, unnecessary violence toward a younger, smaller, impaired woman because she reportedly wouldn't screw one of your friends should get you fired and punished.
the only thing that remotely makes it newsworthy vile and despicable is one had a dick and one didn't.
You think if he got in a bar fight with a bunch of guys wouldn't have been news as well? Sure, it wouldn't have elicited the same reaction, but that's because the offenses aren't similar. They shouldn't be greeted the same way.
It should always be vile for a trained athlete to exert physical violence on a woman. If he didn't have someone around to hold him back that very well could've been worse.
Kareem Hunt should assault anyone, especially a female who can’t fight back.
At the same time, not that this really matters, but TMZ probably used the word “brutalize” because their business model is one of clicks. but really are we going to get semantical about whether that word truly fits?
The bottom line is that what Hunt did was deplorable and for those who said it probably would have been worse if his friends didn’t hold him back are right. He should be suspended from the NFL and if the chiefs don’t want anything to do with him, bravo to them for cutting them.

Who the fuck raised you??? And i get ur racial implication against UConn - You are the Bigot dickhead.
Gotta add though, it’s pathetic for any male to hit any female under any circumstances. But kicking her while she’s on the ground? That’s low even for a low life piece of trash like Hunt.
Fucking dolt.
But your subtle sexism definitely doesn't add to your point.

You being a moron that’s ok with shoving a girl because she yelled at you is priceless. I’m sure mom is proud.
Wow.

Should be suspended the rest of the year. The Chiefs look horrible in this.
you think the Chiefs look horrible! What about the cops and prosecutors
"Police were called to the scene but no arrests were made. According to police reports, obtained by TMZ Sports, surveillance video from the hotel was obtained by law enforcement. We're told that video is part of the evidence that was submitted to prosecutors.
Still, cops did not arrest Hunt and no charges were filed because officers say they were unable to determine if a crime had been committed"
Cops watched the video and couldnt determine if a crime had been committed?!?
The district attorneys office within the jurisdiction has final say. They did not approve any charges being filed, NOT the cops. The cops took the evidence to the DA, they did not approve of any charges. Criticize the DA.
but, the rule is the rule, and you don't question whether the rule is correct, you simply obey the rule.
Sure, she wasn’t “brutalized” but that shouldnt short change what did happened.
What do you think would have happened had all those other guys not gotten between them? Just think about that.
There’s always room for more stupid, welcome aboard
At the same time, not that this really matters, but TMZ probably used the word “brutalize” because their business model is one of clicks. but really are we going to get semantical about whether that word truly fits?
The bottom line is that what Hunt did was deplorable and for those who said it probably would have been worse if his friends didn’t hold him back are right. He should be suspended from the NFL and if the chiefs don’t want anything to do with him, bravo to them for cutting them.

Saying Semantics is being dismissive of something because you think the more important thing supersede all other things but in the face of fairness that’s not a good way to look at things and it’s one of the problems the lg faces as a whole

Fuck off dude. You are the worst poster on this forum. It's not close either. A block bottom is severely needed on BBI.
