So I made it into the semifinals largely on the shoulders of TY Hilton and George Kittle.
.5 PPR - RB start / sit (start 3):
Jordan Howard (vs GB)
Gus Edwards (vs TB)
David Johnson (vs ATL)
Spencer Ware (vs LAC) - assuming healthy
I also have a waiver in on Damien Williams assuming Ware can’t go.
I’m leaning towards Johnson / Ware / Howard. My biggest question is Howard vs Edwards. Both have great matchups.
Good luck guys!
On a side note, my late round draft of Mahomes was pure gold.. let’s hope he keeps it up for 2 more weeks.
Currently Edwards is a FLEX in my league which isn’t PPR. Alternatively I have Damien Williams or Adam Humphries (playing BAL) already on my bench or I can drop Tre’quan Smith for one of Denver’s WR’s who are playing Cleveland (Hamilton or Patrick)
Williams is a great start if Ware can’t go, but signs are pointing to him playing, even on a short week.
Pick 2/4 in my other league.
Jeff Wilson jr., Alshon Jeffrey, Kenyon Drake, Aaron jones. Leaning Wilson and Jeffrey
Lastly pick 2 other league:
James Conner, fournette, Jeff Wilson jr., dalvin cook, nick Chubb.
If Conner is healthy I’m going him and fournette. But if not I’m leaning towards Jeff Wilson jr
or
Doug Martin?
For OP:
Based on the below, I think you'd have to go Howard/Johnson/Ware.
Jordan Howard (vs GB)
Gus Edwards (vs TB)
David Johnson (vs ATL)
Spencer Ware (vs LAC) - assuming healthy

Maybe I'm misreading your post, but if Rodgers does good against Jags D why would you start them? I don't know how you could sit Bears D right now given what they just did to the Rams.
Pick 2/4 in my other league.
Jeff Wilson jr., Alshon Jeffrey, Kenyon Drake, Aaron jones. Leaning Wilson and Jeffrey. I agree with the Wilson/Jeffrey. I've had Kenyon all year and dude killed me. Aaron Jones has been pretty good though, I would consider swapping him with Jeffrey.
Lastly pick 2 other league:
James Conner, fournette, Jeff Wilson jr., dalvin cook, nick Chubb.
THis is a good problem to have. If Conner is healthy, him, obviously. I think Chubb is the other for sure guy. I think Chubb/Conner or Chubb/Fournette.
Williams is a great start if Ware can’t go, but signs are pointing to him playing, even on a short week.
Edwards is effective in the option scheme they are running with Lamar. His value goes down if Flacco comes back.

I'd probably roll with Edwards unless Ware is out, then Williams. I would drop Tre'quan for Hamilton, but wouldn't start this week.
Josh Allen v. Det
Nick Mullens v. Sea
Eli v. Tenn
The other problem I have is what to do with Kenny Golladay. Dude has been dog poop the past few weeks after being real solid all season. I think I'll be okay because my WR options are: Beckham, Edelman, Flash Gordon.
Finally, choose 3 RBs:
Lamar Miller @ NYJ
Cohen v. GB
Melvin Gordon @ KC
Lindsay v. Cle
Ware v. LAC
Obviously depends on Melvin's health but I'm leaning towards: Cohen, Melvin, Lindsay.
Pick 2/4 in my other league.
Jeff Wilson jr., Alshon Jeffrey, Kenyon Drake, Aaron jones. Leaning Wilson and Jeffrey
Lastly pick 2 other league:
James Conner, fournette, Jeff Wilson jr., dalvin cook, nick Chubb.

I wouldn't be afraid to start the Bears vs GB, given that GB has OL issues. But Jags are a pretty good option as well.
Wilson and flip a coin on the first one.
Cook and Chubb in the other for me.
or
Doug Martin?
I prefer Jeff Wilson Jr over both, though keep an eye on Breida's status.
Josh Allen v. Det
Nick Mullens v. Sea
Eli v. Tenn

I'd go Cam over those other options, Allen would be the choice for me if you are set on benching him.
Should be a good week to play both Edelman and Gordon vs Pitt.
For your RBs, I'd rank them:
Lindsay
Gordon - assuming health
Ware - assuming health
Cohen
Miller

Well the guy picked up Martin right before me. So Wilson is available. I need a RB2 bad.
Ito Smith
kerryon - hurt
Ekeler - hurt. Already out.
Pickup options are Wilson, Blount, riddick.

For the semis, I'm in a little bit of a quandary. I have Cam as my QB and he's been killing me the past few weeks. Do we hope that he comes back against the Saints 30th ranked pass defense? Or should I try to pick up one of the following available QBs:
Josh Allen v. Det
Nick Mullens v. Sea
Eli v. Tenn

You'd run the Pats WR combo over Beckham?
Also surprised about Ware over Cohen. Miller is doo doo so I get that.

You didn't say you only needed 2 WRs, I assumed you needed 3 and Golladay was the odd man out. Of course I play Beckham and Edelman over Gordon/Golladay.

Fair enough and I agree.
McGuire would be my next choice after Wilson, assuming Breida is out - otherwise McGuire slides up.
Newton has a bum shoulder and in typical Cam fashion, he's mailing it in, so I'm not confident he'll do anything more than the dismal show he put on in Cleveland.
I don't see Eli able to do much against a good Titans defense.
The only QB in our 12 team league is Nick Mullens (vs. Seahawks). I'm looking at starting him. Seattle's defense is iffy, especially on the road and Mullens lit them up a couple of weeks ago... Any thoughts?

My first thought is I hope you aren't contemplating starting McDonald over Gronk again :)
I'm riding Cam, given your options. He plays better at home and usually does well in primetime (Pitt game not withstanding). Definitely concerned about him, but barring better options I think you have to grit your teeth and go with it.
James Conner vs NE
Jarvis Landry @DEN
Spencer Ware vs LAC
and which DEF/ST:
CHI vs GB
TEN @ NYG
JAX vs WAS
I want to start CHI after the beat down they put on the Rams, but division games are different and watching the Redskins this Sunday I think I like JAX, but of course they failed to show up vs TEN.
Also, I would play anyone against Washington. They are hot garbage on offense right know. If Jax can manage to get their shit together, they should have a big day.

But i also think you have to consider Conner if he's playing. Since KC is playing on Thursday night, I'd monitor both of their status before making a decision.
Spencer Ware vs Chargers (Q shoulder/hammy)
Jeff Wilson Jr vs Seattle (Kittle is my TE do I want 2 Niners vs that D?)
Marlon Mack vs Dallas
Kerryon Johnson at Bills (Q Knee)
Josh Reynolds vs Philly
Curtis Samuel vs Saints
Could pick up Doug Martin vs Bengals or Damien Williams if Ware looks like he will miss..
I'll get 'em next time.
Overthinking is the devil. I'm trying to get rid of it in my process, but I have a bad habit of making last second changes that invariably are based on overthinking.

Thanks for reminding me about the Gronk v. McDonald move. Thankfully, I used Gronk. Way too much thinking has bit me a few time. I had my lowest point total of the year, but won by 2 points. Gronk and a decent output from the Titans defense put me over the finish line.

agree. I replaced Dalvin Cook as a PPR flex with Kenny Golladay.
Golladay has been a massive disappointment IMO since he became the #2 with the Tate trade and #1 with Jones to IR.
I wouldn't have won anyway with Cook, but it would have been closer, LOL.
Jameis Winston @ Ravens
?
This is a 2 QB league by the way, my other QB is Mahomes.
