Getting for a great 2019.

It's fun to actually look forward to games again. I do miss the excitement of games that do mean something. Seven years now without a playoff game is way too long.

Well, seven years without a playoff win...

and hate being a downer, but we have been pretty terrible for awhile now. I am not certain next year is going to be that much better. I think we are improving and it would be great to get a win against a decent team with a decent QB to put the “we only beat crap teams” thoughts to bed. I don’t think those saying that are really being fair, I would agree that the Redskins looked about as bad as any team we have ever faced though. We did play good teams tough at times. Personally, I just think we have a lot of potential question marks. It’ll be an interesting offseason for certain. Gotta wonder what direction they will go in all kinds of areas. LBs, QB, S, OL, all will most likely be different, or will have high draft picks used on.

It’s hard to tell how far we are from being a good team. Sometimes it seems like we are close, but the 1-7 start still happened. You have a point though, they have made it at least a bit more interesting than expected.

I believe they have shown they are willing to admit mistakes and keep trying to find ways to fix things. The constant attempt to upgrade the offensive line is an example

I think they will try to upgrade both lines with the draft. My biggest curiosity is to see their plan for quarterback.

Most noteworthy is our special teams play.
The Titans will bring it on defense Sunday. Let’s see if OL can run block for SB and protect Eli.

The Giants lead the league in one score games -ten. That would seem to indicate we are not that far away.

Be nice to play well the next few weeks. It is also nice to have a running game.

What more can you ask for? Collins shut down. OBJ Out surprisingly.... next man up playing hard and team winning games... Let’s get the wild card.... And beat Chicago again.
