this week?
Chargers vs Chiefs? I think that Chiefs will win but Chargers are showing that they come to play every game. Both will make the playoffs but it will be a good game. Unlike the past Monday night snooze fest Vikes vs Seahawks.
That being said, it kind of sucks because you won't be getting the best of both teams. Thursday night games have been known to make the best of teams look flat.

Week 4 Minn vs Rams was a great game. Hoping this one is on par!

That's an outlier which is certainly possible but it's not the norm. Hoping you're right.

I'm afraid of this as well. I get the impression that the injuries and short week are going to be too much for the Chargers.
On principle, all fans should boycott Thursday night Â
games: online and in person. It's just a terrible idea all around -- a feeble attempt to extend the Monday Night Football concept, which itself seems to have been eclipsed by Sunday night. In America.
But is a disgrace its being played on a Thursday night. There is too much as stake for the division. And it's safe to assume we won't see the best of both teams.
The Thursday night package, in terms of product quality, was a terrible decision.
Damn player safety. Give us our money. The NFL owners, and their horse's ass front man Goodell, are the biggest group of phonies.
Chiefs are so banged up... Chiefs are basically down to Mahomes, Kelce, Hill at about 30% and Ware at about 75%
Chargers are banged up too, but not to Chiefs level... a LAC win also makes things really interesting with Baltimore going to LA next week while the Chiefs have another tough one in Seattle. Winner likely #1 seed, loser prob goes to Pittsburgh opening round. Yikes.
at the beginning of the year I bet Mahomes to lead the league in passing yards ($50 to win $1600) right now he is ahead of Big Ben by 73 yrds I hope the score is like the Monday night game in the 50's probably want SD to win so they dont bench Mahomes at least for another week.
I expect like much of the thursday games that this will be one with sloppy play and the road team losing
Hill is pretty beat up for KC. If he plays, I don't think it will be the same TH as we're used to seeing...
And Ware is doubtful. Chargers have a better chance at this point of Gordon playing - and even if he doesn't, Jackson is pretty good - than the Chiefs having one of their top two RBs, Hunt & Ware.
Justin Houston is back for KC right? Bosa and Ingram for the Chargers, I like their rookie OLB Nwosu too - should have been a Giant by name alone: Uchenna Nwosu..

are likely going to start their 3rd string RB.
