NFT: Ray Donovan

It's been my favorite show for a very long time. The new season we are in right now is very good by the way.

kinda slows down toward the end though, runs out of steam.

Ray is great but the secondary characters make the show IMO. (Mickey, Avi, Bunchie, Terry, Daryl, Lena.) His wife and kids are kind of annoying but serve a purpose in the plot. I haven't really gotten into the most current season (the last, I think.) It's pretty much a re-boot and the first few episodes were too different for me but I will definitely finish watching them at some point.

I have been loving getting a look at Adrianna’s FBI friend Danielle from Sopranos.

Great season so far.

It's an awesome show. I'm just so into it. And the eye candy for guys isn't bad either. ;) And yeah, I'm sure woman go gaga over Liev Schreiber, too.

I didn't have showtime anymore, so I fell off. Might try to pick it back up again.

thing I wish they would be more realistic about is all the drinking. Ray can barely walk, yet he is able to drive fine.

Agree...first few seasons were great, got a little stale, last seasons flashback business was really dull, but the new season is off to a strong start

I also agree. The flashbacks really didn't do anything for me. This season is really good. I like the Mac character.

Ray Donovan is my favorite show too. Last season was pretty meh and the flashbacks were haaad to get through but I get what they were trying to do. I always end up feeling so bad for Bunch. Guy's had a fucking rough life.

I really wish they would advance his storyline. I get the role he plays, but he’s been a whiny pussy for 6 seasons now.

is when Ray helps his daughters son with the loansharks/druge dealers they both go to beat their ass and they start kicking them like dogs..together...father/future son-in-law bonding!

some funny shit in that show.

Crazy he is the narrator for hard knocks.

And it's not an actress thing, I've liked her in everything else she's done that I've seen, it's a character thing. And the accent.

Couldn't agree more. Loved her in [early aughts HBO show] , despised her on Ray Donovan. So grating. They made her a total shrew.

yes and maybe the show execs figured it out too, unless she moved along.

and he’s the reason I stopped watching. Just too unbelievable and annoying. I’ll catch up one day but I got burnt out after 2 seasons of him.
