The Rams have waived kick returner Pharoh Cooper. He was named a first team All Pro in 2017 after ranking second in the league in kickoff return and punt return average.

Too bad the Giants didn't have...

I'd have claimed him anyway though. Might as well get an asset. Hedge your bets on Coleman. And we might have put in a claim, especially with RShep out this week and probably next. But we didn't get him. C'est l'vie.
