Hate the bar scene on NYE so we'll just stay in and drink. I'm not a fan of staying up till midnight, but I'm going to try this year. 2019 resolution is too be less agitated by things out of my control. Don't sweat the small stuff.
nothing fancy planned, hanging out with the extended family at our house, probably watch the World Juniors hockey tournament. maybe I'll get nuts and try and eat the left over shrimp from Christmas eve sort of a gastrointestinal Russian roulette - spice things up a little.
full disclosure, in high school and a couple times in college I did go to times square and not to be that guy, but it was nothing like it is now. And this wasn't the 60's this was the mid to late 90's and it was an incredible time I'm glad I have experienced it, but I cannot imagine wanting to do it with the corporate plastic feel it has now.
for 145 of my closest friends. Same as every year. Tomorrow I relax with leftovers from tonight, and finally get to watch the Giants/Cowboys game on DVR. Happy New Year BBI.
With wife’s fam. sister in law is from Italy and an amazing cook, whipping up Chinese food from scratch. kids are sleeping over there so a sleep in and morning run to start the new year are on the agenda. Happy New Years BBI! May 2019 see the Giants get back to winning again
My downstairs tenants are having a party so my wife daughter and myself will likely find a local chinese joint and hit the sack early. I partied yesterday at the game and am working today so not really in the mood to go do it again.
just kidding, I'd rather drink hemlock.

Sean - nice call on the Riverhorse. I have some good beers from The Vault in Yardley, but they’ll have to wait a few days.
+1
Can’t wait.
