NFT: Would you report this license plate?

Got behind a guy in traffic today -- his plate was "1488" and a couple more letters; the letters identify him as a member of a certain group.

Now, it could just be a coincidence, and he might have just gotten the plate for that group after 1487. But 1488 has a very particular meaning in the white nationalist/Nazi circles. I'm inclined to think it's not an accident.

Would you report it?
