I am helping to plan a bachelor party in Montreal at the end of March and need some help with specific places to go, things to do, restaurants to eat at, etc. We will be a larger group (12 in total) and basically everyone wants to eat, drink, watch college basketball (will be during the Elite 8/Final Four weekend of March Madness), and go to strip clubs/massage parlors.
First off, can anyone suggest the best areas or specific bars, lounges, etc. to go out drinking in? Most of the group is in their early-mid 30s, so I don't think we need to be going to dance clubs but certainly somewhere fun and lively (potentially with TVs showing the games) where we can get after it.
Secondly, what are the best strip clubs/nuru massage places to visit (not everyone will want/have to parktake but many do/will). Are these all in the same general area or are they scattered throughout the city?
Additionally, any restaurant recommendations (especially somewhere that can accommodate a group of 12 with either a large table or private room) would be appreciated. We're probably looking to do one casual dinner (nice sports bar?), one more formal/upscale dinner, and maybe a 3rd that's somewhere in between, so all suggestions welcome.
Finally, I'd like to plan one "non-debauchery" type activity for during the day, perhaps something historic/cultural to enjoy in the city. Are there any good historic attractions/sites worth visiting or tours of Old Montreal worth doing?
Thank you in advance!
non boozing activities we did
paintball
formula 1 race
you can tour the old city. also Quebec city (2.5 hr drive)is great.
USD/CAD conversion rate is really in your favor. it will be fun
Avoid the ones with the big flashy signs on st Catherine’s unless you have a thing for stretch marks
2. Old Montreal is great. Super nice. They try to make that the dinner/family spot
3. http://gardemanger.ca Was best restaurant i went to - lobster poutine. Nice spot, small but accommodated 8-10 of us.
There’s some clubby dinner that everyone does. Don’t do it. It sucked. Expensive and terrible loud club music and 500 bachelor parties ie no chicks.
White water rafting in Montreal in March would be kinda bone chilling.
Olive et Gaurmondo for lunch
Damas and Foxy for big group dinners. Damas is very filling btw, so beware
For activities we went to the casino and did axe throwing as well

Tons of fun, easy river. Not technical at all. Mostly goofing off with some scary drops and cool water features.

it's called ice skating.
La Cage aux Sports bar on St Catherine St and near the Bell Centre will have the games on and they have plenty of big screens.
There are a couple of good tours of old Montreal:
If you want to tour Montreal and sample some of the local food- https://localfoodtours.com/montreal/tours/old-montreal-food-tour/
If you just want to tour without food -

As far as gentlemen's clubs, downtown Montreal isn't known for them. The best clubs are off island. But if you go, the club with the best looking girls and more like an American club(tourist trap) is ChezParee https://chezparee.ca/en/
If you want a real adventure, farther down on Catherine Street is Cafe Cleopatra where the decor (and some of the girls) hasn't changed in 30 years. Beer is cheaper than ChezParee, you will find more locals there, and the atmosphere is more relaxed there.
We went to a local curling club for a few hours. It’s a lot more fun than it looks.
