has anyone had issues with their bill/charges since these two merged? i have been on the phone hours dealing with them and get nowhere. from credits they owe to stations i did not add. i think i have spoken with every manager and just pushed off to someone else. i would love to quit but i think i am locked in for another year.
Waiting to get fucked over next month as we will be in year 2. Even tho I have a signed letter from the manager locking me in for 2 years at same rate for direct tv. Switching over was nothing but a nightmare it took 6 months for my bill to finally be right. I also get text messages for 50% off if you call this number. Also fake 1-800 numbers that show up as direct tv trying to get me to pre-pay 3 months to receive nfl Sunday ticket free next year. All a scam but they donít sell your information 🙄.
and get out from under their thumb. Best decision I ever made. I started as a Primestar customer back in the 90's. Dropped them in 2007 when they didn't consider me an older customer as I had moved states. Went back with an attractive promotion. But the last time, I promised myself no matter what the promotion in the future to never allow them on my property. Tossing the dish onto to the curb was a satisfying feeling.
I'm still going to battle with them regarding a cruise talk package we purchased for our cruise back in November.
We ordered the plan two days before we set sail. When we got our bill a month later it was about $240 higher than expected. It turns out that they forgot to activate the plan. They admitted it was their error and that my account would be credited. We were told to pay what we thought we owed for the plan plus our normal bill and the difference would be credited to the account.
When we received our January bill, they charged us a late fee for not paying the December bill in full (they told us not to) and the credit was still not showing up. When I called them last night, the representative told me that the best she could do was to give us a $75 credit.
I've spent more time on the phone with AT&T trying to fix this (at least 3 hours) than we did for the entire length of our cruise.
I'll give them a call either this evening or sometime tomorrow and try and get everything wrapped up. The account is cancelled but the credit issue has not been resolved. I couldn't tell you how many different people I've spoken with and nobody has a clue on how to fix this.
out of market Giants. Been there nearly 20yrs and a huge advocate. Called 12times to straighten out and they couldn't get it right so I got pissed. with the Giants and the NFL product/politics sucking I haven't really missed it. Sure I'll go thru withdrawals when we get on right track again.
