has anyone had issues with their bill/charges since these two merged? i have been on the phone hours dealing with them and get nowhere. from credits they owe to stations i did not add. i think i have spoken with every manager and just pushed off to someone else. i would love to quit but i think i am locked in for another year.
Customer service prior to AT&T was first rate. If you wanted to add or delete something it was done promptly. Questions about your bill were answered. After AT&T took over it has gone down hill.
We ordered the plan two days before we set sail. When we got our bill a month later it was about $240 higher than expected. It turns out that they forgot to activate the plan. They admitted it was their error and that my account would be credited. We were told to pay what we thought we owed for the plan plus our normal bill and the difference would be credited to the account.
When we received our January bill, they charged us a late fee for not paying the December bill in full (they told us not to) and the credit was still not showing up. When I called them last night, the representative told me that the best she could do was to give us a $75 credit.
I've spent more time on the phone with AT&T trying to fix this (at least 3 hours) than we did for the entire length of our cruise.
I'll give them a call either this evening or sometime tomorrow and try and get everything wrapped up. The account is cancelled but the credit issue has not been resolved. I couldn't tell you how many different people I've spoken with and nobody has a clue on how to fix this.
