@SeifertESPN: From the NFL rule book: "If there is no video evidence of a clear recovery or the ball going out of bounds, the ruling of incomplete stands."
A) that's a fucking terrible rule because it's literally saying it's fine to ignore what actually happened on the field.
Great - he can throw it through a wall, if he can find the wall and if he can hit the wall. Sterling endorsement of a 1st round pick.
How about this...as his first year as a starter, he had a 2-1 TD to int ratio, 95 QB rating, a true running threat who made plenty of plays with his feet, and they were division champs while he won his last 8 games as a starter?
Is that a decent endorsement for a first rounder?
Good for you. I do not think much of him. If you like him, great. I would not want him on the Giants.
He is having an extremely difficult time completing passes today and I am rooting for the Bears. I hope he gets going soon. But the Eagles DBs are pretty mundane.

B) it's actually terrible coaching on both sides.
I agree. Why just ignore the fact it was a catch? I look at it similar to a fumble on a running play with no clear recovery because that's what it technically was at that point. The ball goes to the team who fumbled at the spot of the fumble. Why should a catch be any different?
Finally the Bears try and get a double move on an Eagle DB like I was calling for.
Wasn't the best throw, but Robinson should have done better with his feet.
Oh really, Jerry Rice?
Yes??
He got his second flat foot out of bounds, a drag of any sort would have made it complete. A difficult catch sure, but it's the sort completed multiple times every week.

You make it sound so simple. I didn't know you are a former NFL WR. Awesome!

Is that the fucking criteria for criticism now? Cool. I'll be sure to hold you to it.
Trubisky reminds me of Eli. It's crazy. Watching this whole game from his mannerisms, to the way he throws, to the way he gets up to the line. Bad throws and good throws. Bad mechanics and good mechanics; all in any given series.
How old are you like 11 ? Jan 2019 Hmmmm
Mods I think someone needs a TimeOut

Guy is a complete imbecile...
Bears D has been stagnant though .
Much like the Cowboys
But a few saying he floats the ball isn’t true and I commented about that specifically. That was the quote of mine you pinned.
He’s a young QBs without a lot of QB exp (even in college with only a handful of starts). But he has a lot of the tools you want.
Overall, he had a very good year and seems to me the arrow is pointing up but still a lot of work to do.

Its a joke, bro. Remember joking? Sorry I ruined your erudite monocle lifestyle watching a football game on a discussion board.

Ok, I see - his arm is plenty strong and touch is a learned skill.

Yep. He was just a hare and second late on the throw. Robinson could have gotten his toe drag in a little bit better there.

But Robinson was wide open.

You need to work on your humor. Bitchell Turbitsky... great one?
I know you don’t mean that.

ARob should have toe tapped. Bad play by an experienced receiver

No not tanking but when the scoreboard read Rams up by 30 on San Fran at halftime, resting your starters in the second half was the way to go

Too much moving around. Just line up and pound it in with Howard?!
