I think he is. Either he'll package some of them to move up to earlier rounds, or he'll find a nugget or two. Doesn't have to be an all-pro, but someone with a skill set that can be used in certain spots. One of the good things about Belicheck is that he can find guys to fill a particular role.

I wish there was a comprehensive list available that showed an up-to-the-minute list of what is in our pocket, RIGHT NOW (with good explanations of how we got them).
The info is either out-of-date, scattered, fuzzy or non existent. This is just a very ignorant try.
