They work great if she (or someone) can sit down once a week and spend a few minutes portioning out pills for the week ahead. French company, I think. They have stuff available on Amazon.
I take a lot of pills each day (some over the counter, some supplements, some prescrptions). PillPack doesn't make sense for my particular needs but it looks interesting. Will be interested to read the thread.
through a local pharmacy. My mom (who has been going through chemo) and her sister (who lives with her) both use it. It makes things convenient since everything gets delivered directly to the house. The packs are labeled and easy to read. If they have to take pills more than once a day, they will get pills packaged for both morning and night (or however often is needed). It doesn't cost her anything extra other than her normal copay.
