That fit the mold of under 30 and on an upswing in their careers:
Lamarcus Joyner (28), started to thrive in 2017 when the Rams moved him to safety. Was the one of the vocal leaders of the 13 FSU team, and just doesn’t quit.
Shaq Barrett (26), has shown some high end pass rushing traits in Denver but had been blocked.
I think Clark could fit better than OV.
I see him as a "no brainer" - a Kareem McKenzie-like stabilizing force on the OL.
Having Solder & James at T, then landing another "Hernandez" in the draft, would make the Giants O top notch. Teams would have to sell out to stop Barkley and that's when you dagger them with OBJ.
We're close. At least offensively.
Joyner had a God awful year...Rams fans are looking forward to him leaving

I could not agree more … couple him with a experienced center possibly Matt Paradis, resign Jamon Brown and I think we will have the makings of a pretty good O-line.

You want to replace Brown??? He was the biggest spark to the offense this year.
No need to get another guard if they sign him.

Brown wasn't as good as many think. He just wasn't as bad.
James and Daryl Williams would be good targets for RT.
Define love? He's been a bust.
Yup. He wasn't great this year, but everyone on that Rams D outside Donald has underperformed.

Would definitely have to be an either/or with Collins. I would lean towards a coverage guy like Joyner, seems a little easier to find box safeties.

Tbh I haven't seen many Rams games this year and wouldn't know. I just know he was tagged last year and assumed his play was consistent. Either way I'm not sold on re-signing Collins.

Brown did not play particularly well. He was just better than his predecessors and happened to show up at a time when everything else was gelling.

I have thought for a long time that James would be a solid FA pickup. The south Florida press and the now-departed Coaching staff did not share that endorsement.

If you look inside the numbers, that year he had 8 sacks, 3 of them were in one game against the Bengals.
So he's been highly inconsistent at best, and finished 2018 on the bench as a healthy scratch.

He finished the year with 8 penalties and 4 sacks allowed in his brief time with the Giants.
They can absolutely upgrade.
Tre Boston should all get consideration
A center and a RT along with a Free Safety all need
upgrading . Need to get stronger up the middle .
