Not to mention taking over the Chargers O-line under Norv in '06. I don't think I've ever seen an offensive line regress more in a single off-season. Let alone that by the time he left the organization in 2011 they were one of the worst o-lines in the entire league.

And Pat Flaherty, that was just fired, was 8th, as well as Mike Solari, now with Seattle, at 31?! Two former Giant Oline coaches, as well and so Hunter is right in the middle.
I wouldn't mind that at all, too bad that Stefanski is going to be the OC for the Vikes now.
I think Shurmur wanted to bring him here when he was hired, but the Vikes said no way.
They didn't want to lose two coaches,
even though it would have been upward mobility,
he was the QB coach there at the time.
