Joe Gibbs son passes away

Eli Wilson : 1/12/2019 8:39 am
JD Gibbs, Joe's son, was the one who ran the Joe Gibbs NASCAR team. I don't watch much NASCAR, so I didn't even know he was sick.

As much as I hate the Redskins, Joe was always all class and a good man. Praying for Joe and his family today.

The team said doctors determined that the cause was "head injuries likely suffered earlier in life," but they did not determine one specific injury. A former defensive back and quarterback at the College of William & Mary from 1987 to 1990, Gibbs also had a short career as a race car driver and enjoyed other extreme activities.
Well that sucks!

My great aunt had it, it’s not a pretty disease. Half her body couldn’t work in the beginning and eventually it got to a point where she could barely move or say anything that didn’t sound like she was extremely slurring her words. It was an awful way to see her go.

No parent should ever have to bury their child.

Gibbs is and always has been a stand up guy. He is very religious I hope his faith will be able to get him through this awful time in his and his family’s life.

J.D.’s passing. He was instrumental in getting JGR off the ground in both NASCAR and Supercross. Such a shame. RIP.
Terrible.
