and rushed only 4 men the rest of the game. Fooking Donald is so explosive off the ball the Boys' o-linemen were tackling him from behind on several plays.
Keep in mind when their DL is Donald, Suh, and Brockers, those are three 1st round DL.
what Barkley was able to do this year behind a bottom of the league offensive line. Our top priority should be to improve the OL, because he is unstoppable.
To find a QB. Because once we get an elite QB, Ds won’t be able to key on Barkley. You can draft all the OL you want, but if teams put 8 in the box to stop you, it will be tough to run.
The line will be much improved I think they sign at least
Two FA starters and add another in round two .
Barkley will have success to a degree behind any O-line .
Almost every running play had motion going both ways
Cows DL and LBs had to be on their heels as to whether there was going to be a jet sweep or a reverse or a power rush or a trap against the tide
Neuter the penetrating dl and freeze the mobile lbs to allow blockers good angles into them and voila - a positive run gain.
Add the play action off the run to a smart TE and slippery wr's and you have an offensive machine.
The motion is what really captured my attention. Never knew where the play was going. Contrast that with many of the Jint offensive plays where everyone on O is just standing around and hoping to just overpower the D.
Now to be fair the Rams OL is experienced and has been together for a while and have not suffered incapacitating injuries. But the Rams have a coach who really knows how to maximize what he has.

Get an "elite" qb and have him play behind the Giants oline? How long before he is declared a bust?
Much of the Rams running success is due to play design. Â
Dallas had no clue how to deal with the real or faked Jet sweeps ... Every time the WRs cut thru the backfield, it froze the LBs and gave the RBs a crease. CJ Anderson had a heckuva game ... it shows we need a complement to SQ.
I though it was interesting that the Rams dialed up a few blitzes early in the game, but once they had a firm lead and had

Forgot about Fowler as well.
