But one of the actors said after the finale a lot of people will need therapy. So many things I can’t wait to see who lives who dies how long do we have to wait till Cersei dies the Clegane bowl. I think the thing I’m looking forward to the most is bran’s storyline is he really the night king or the three eyed raven that was teaching himself.
My girlfriend never saw it so we started watching it a few weeks ago. Just started season 3 I can’t wait till she gets to the red wedding after how pissed she got when Ned got beheaded.
Far away! Lmao!! I can’t fucking wait! I don’t like that they’re only doing 6 episodes though
Show was set at 73 episodes from the beginning. Wasn’t like they said it’s the last season so we are only doing 6. But supposedly each episode will be feature film length and should be all action going forward no more fluff or build up episodes

I rewatched most of seasons 2 or 3 with the lady while she caught up a couple months back. I was struck by how they telegraphed the Red Wedding with subtle hints here and there, knowing now after the fact. Jamie crossing paths with Roose while still a prisoner, and saying to Roose 'tell Rob the Lannisters send their regards', for example.
I didn't watch until after I'd finished book 3, but they really set it up well in the show.
Fired up for the last season...the character development and story has suffered the last couple season, IMO bc they of course passed the written source material, but also had to switch to writing the story to it's conclusion, which meant cutting a lot of corners. But that hasn't bothered me too much, still a great show.
Going to be hard to avoid spoilers down the stretch...really hope people here respect that some of us want to enjoy the ending without it being spoiled.

Spoilers were such a pain in the ass before I worked weekends and had to wait till Monday or Tuesday to see it. Now I’m on weekdays and can watch it as it airs
the crypts of Arya and Sansa reflected them at their present ages, while Jon's was noticeably older - theory is that Jon survives the "Great War" and the other two don't. As always, could mean absolutely nothing - people are just starved for Game of Thrones discussion. It was pretty cool seeing Jon and Arya together though - that's a reunion I'm looking forward to.
I watched the first two episodes late last night Â

Wow, I just re-watched the trailer and that is a great pick up. It's amazing what people will take away from a simple one minute trailer.

Why would they give away such a huge spoiler in a trailer? That would be assinine. People reading too much into shit as usual. Just like the weird chandelier things from the library that are also in the opening. So much speculation on the meaning and they are pretty much just candle holders lol.
Jon has that "Is that supposed to be me?" look on his face Â
You're absolutely nuts if you don't follow through with the rest of the show.
My only concern is how convoluted the plots are and how many characters there are...especially ones with unpronounceable names. Haha. Like the Whitewalkers storyline went on for about what? 5 minutes until Sean Bean cut the guy's head off? What were they? What happened?

just do your best and stay with it. the awesomeness of the show / plot / cinematography / dialogue far far far outweighs the burden of any complexity.
You could always google some specific episode reviews/recaps if you think anything went over your head. Try to find ones that were written contemporaneously with the actual episode release so that you know it's free of spoilers / hindsight.

You aren't supposed to get it yet. I would suggest avoiding spoilers though. Just watch and enjoy. Many characters, many twists, but that is what draws you in.

Cool beans. I can see why people hate Joffrey. Kid's a smarmy little shit.

Hahaha that’s happy time Joffrey. Some things do get put on the back burner for awhile and some others they get you thinking one way as a matter of fact convinced one way or another then pull the rug out from under your feet and it’s totally different. Also without spoilers some characters you will love/hate early on will change as the show progresses.

Well, I already love Khaleesi...like that was hard. Haha
RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: I watched the first two episodes late last night Â
that wasn't actual footage from the show, just a teaser.
I just watched it and that was my thought, I don’t buy that they would show all of that. Looked like nothing more than a teaser. If anything it suggests there will be a big battle at Winterfell.
Yeah, I think that was strictly a teaser, not a scene. Â
Last year's teasers were Jon, Dany and Cersei walking toward their respective thrones in the North, Dragonstone and King's Landing. Those were not scenes last season.

Keep going. The show is brilliant.
I am envious of what you have in front of you.

Lol, this I wil agree with!

Thanks for sharing your personal journey
I kinda like it better with him lusting after her and Brienne just being utterly disgusted by him. Good comedy.
