My wife uses it for sleep and anxiety. Uses it almost every night and finds it much better than prescription drugs. I've tried it a couple of times, but more for pain.
And weed is legal in Vermont, so I have other alternatives. And regular weed has CBD in varying quantities, depending on strain.
It does seem to help relax before sleeptime. I recommend the High test stuff in the droppers. yes it is expensive but I’ve had numerous experiences of pain free joy from it. Almost a body high. It’s not a placebo it works
CBD Gummies. They are considered one of the best CBD Gummy brands out there at the moment. They also make a nightime Sleep formula that adds melatonin. I found them at a local Sunoco station here in Danbury, and get them for my mother. They've helped her a lot.

i mean my main issue isnt falling asleep but staying asleep
