during his time with the Giants. Plus, even though he hit his FG's, the ball didn't look crisp coming off his foot. It looked like he was close to being done.

If Parkey got $9m guaranteed for 2 years, you can guarantee Rosas is going to cost more than $1m
Parkey was an unrestricted free agent. Literally nobody but the Giants can even negotiate with Rosas assuming they make him a tender offer which is a no brainer.

Exclusive-rights free agents
Exclusive-rights free agents (ERFAs) are players with two or fewer seasons of service time and whose contracts have expired. If their team tenders a qualifying offer (a one-year contract usually at league-minimum salary) the player has no negotiating rights with other teams, and must either sign the tender with the team or sit out the season.[8]
I think you answered your own question.
Rosas = young & cheap
LOFL!! I didn’t even notice that. Makes it even crazier.
And yes, I’m ecstatic with Rojas.

He's an exclusive rights free agent. He'll be re-signed for <$1M and I believe will still only be a RFA next offseason.

Partially blocked by a guy on the other side on the line of scrimmage putting up his hand. You mean, that too low kick?
