Appetizers, main courses, desserts? I always enjoy the gems that come for these threads. Figured I’d get one going ahead of anticipated last minute planning for some.
Steak sandwiches with blue cheese
two different kinds of wings. One chipotle, honey wings
the other a milder sweet wing with honey and BBQ
three kinds of chips with three different dips
Ruffles, two tortilla chips. One blue chip, one round plain
plain french onion dip. One chili cheese dip and the other is a queso cheese with rotel
My wife is making sweet and sour meatballs
My friend is bringing sausage and peppers
a few different drinks from punch, to beer
mY other friends wife is bringing desserts, not sure what but they are always awesome.

Was thinking of just going the Velveeta + RoTel route with added spices. Yay/Nay?
1 brick of Velveta cubed
1 can Rotel fire-roasted tomatoes and chiles
Mix ingredients in bowl, heat in microwave until hot and liquid (stir occasionally)
Serve with tortilla chips (I recommend "Scoops")

Pulled Pork sandwiches- pork butt slow cooks for twelve hours in a Carolina bbq sauce (vinegar based)
Clam chowder
Mac and cheese (not kraft)...homemade and baked
Baby back ribs
Pigs in blanket (staple)

Wife leaves for a work trip in Orlando today. I work till 6 tomorrow and no time to go home shower, walk the dog and go out.
Its going to be a lonely superbowl for me!!!

We do the same thing....rotel and velveta to start off
I like to to move to cheesesteaks for the main
NY Style cheesecake with raspberry sauce for dessert
