Odell is an awesome person. I've met him on many different occasions dating back to his Freshman year at LSU. He's ALWAYS been great to the fans. Sat and talked to him after his final bowl game about whether he should enter the draft. No exaggeration he talked with my Brother and I for 20 minutes about the Pros and Cons of entering the draft. At the time I obviously had no idea he'd be a New York Giant.
Met him at least once a season since he's been in the NFL and nothing has changed. Still extremely accomedating to fans whether that want an autograph or a picture from him.
He’s interacting with the NFL fan base, especially the kids. Can you imagine how stoked those kids are? I fail to see these recent Odell sightings as bad. If anything this helps his image. Seems like he genuinely likes the fan interactions.
he's a special guy, really connects with fans, clearly loves kids. He represents the team pretty damn well for the most part- especially with fans. And NO one is more intense on the field and hates to lose more. Need 52 more like him.
He still has his moments of immaturity, but they are decreasing. I agree with those that seem him and his interaction with kids as something special. At a time when many athletes don't want to be bothered or give the minimum, Odell seems to enjoy being with the kids as much as they enjoy being with him. Very refreshing. I like the way this kid is growing up and love his physical attributes. Glad he is a Giant.
