It unbelievable it wasn't a joke. I read through some of the FB group and I get the feeling that the suit and the use of the words "without my consent" were both used to stir up controversy and bring publicity. He actually seemed like a more levelheaded person earlier on when he leaves that crazy stuff out of his argument. Argument being that the majority of people have children out of selfishness with no regard for the child's future wellbeing, or just general being.
I COULD agree with this statement but its really all circumstance. If its being used universally, definitely do not agree. But also, this guy was born in Mumbai, one of the most densely populated (and uncleanly) cities in the world. Seems like a prime example of cultural, or regional(?), stereotype. Or the guy is just an asshat (an actual one). Likely the latter.
Either way, if it actually gets to a judge, they should tell him he did consent. He consented when he beat like 50 million other sperm in a race to the egg. Didn't quit during the Zygote, Embryo, or Fetus stages either. That's the best consent one's getting.
