Grandpa: Now, on Wednesdays when the mailman brings the TV Guide sometimes the address label is curled up just a little. You'll be tempted to tear it off. Don't. You'll only wind up rippin' the cover and I don't like that. And stay outta here.
Sam: Wait, you have a TV?
Grandpa: No. I just like to read the TV Guide. Read the TV Guide, you don't need a TV.
last summer . . . kind of a trip down nostalgia lane for me
They loved it! We are all still quoting the movie from last summer :) The best part was we had just visited Santa Cruz (including the wharf and boardwalk), so all the landmarks were firm in their memory!
if anything was going on during the shooting of this movie with Corey Feldman being vocal about his abuse and with Haim being abused as well. Sad.
Who knows...Lost Boys was directed by Joel Schumacher...if memory serves, Corey Feldman has spoken well of him when talking about his past as one of the good guys. But Corey’s also talked about how it was a lot of other people involved - producers, agents, publicists, photographers, etc who were the abusers.
Lost Boys was a very good movie for it’s time/genre...but I agree there’s kind of an icky feeling thinking about any of the movies that were to a degree vehicles for the Coreys
Feldmans book that came out a few years ago but i have not gotten around to getting it yet ,Looks like we will be getting a Lost Boys television series in 2019 that based on the first movie

The reason I mention this was because of this quote:
Quote:
Declining to identify his molester, a 42-year-old man, Haim claimed that a rape situation had continued for two years with Feldman's knowledge.[72] Haim later stated: "I was very, very awake and very ashamed of what was going on, how I put it, I was just ... coming into Hollywood, man, just a horny little kid, like on drugs, getting fed drugs, man, by vampires."
Peculiar use of the word "vampires." Now it could have multiple meanings such as someone who preys on someone else but it definitely makes you think because he could have used many different words to describe certain people. And he also uses the plural form as well.
Did they look like psychos? Is that what they looked like? They were vampires. Psychos do not explode when sunlight hits them, I don't give a fuck how crazy they are!

Jami Gertz pics. She aged amazingly well.
