Has anyone ponied up the dough to try this? Was it worth it? How were your results? Read an article on it and am intrigued since I cannot seem to stick with mindfulness practices.
I've been practicing it for years. It helps with a lot of issues -

To my surprise it really works. I utilized it like a battery charger. I have no idea what they charge now but I ponied up $35- to this center in Manhattan. A bargain to say the least.
I took TM training in my teens

Back when it was cheap. It helps. Iím probably doing some things incorrectly but it still helps with sleep and anxiety.

You may have used the same organization I did except mine was in Brooklyn. Did they make you bring a piece of fruit ?

The experience I feel is like diving backwoods into your brain. My breathing gets real slow and rhythmic. You have to come out of it slow or you get a headache. Feel very refreshed after.
