You may have used the same organization I did except mine was in Brooklyn. Did they make you bring a piece of fruit ?
The experience I feel is like diving backwoods into your brain. My breathing gets real slow and rhythmic. You have to come out of it slow or you get a headache. Feel very refreshed after.
