are any indication, there aren't any truly great prospects in this draft — nobody worth trading a bunch of draft picks for. At least from a buyer's perspective. From the Cardinals' perspective, it's the #1 pick and it's going to take a ton of assets to shake it loose.
Unless they're worried they'll be on the hook to overpay a #1 overall pick who isn't worth that kind of money.
I am in complete agreement that Josh Allen should be the pick. I don't agree about moving up, there is a multitude of blue-chip defensive players. Clemson has several players who would be an excellent addition to the DL for instance. If, like some of the draftniks have predicted that teams may jump them to draft Haskins it may drop Allen to the Giants at 6.
