Heya!

I'm going to Grand Cayman early Tuesday morning (hoping we get out before the storm blows up departure times).

We'll be down there for the week staying at Beach Suites on Seven Mile Beach. We are taking a boat charter to do the stingray tour one day. But, otherwise, it's wide open.

Was hoping for any must-hit restaurant recommendations and any ideas for day trips.

Thanks!
My parents are going on Sunday for 3 werks.

They stay at a more secluded villa out on East End. U should take a trip out there for a beach day. They stay at The Reef, but Im very positive that you can just use the beach which is light years more quiet and relaxing than 7 mile. You can literally, stand up from your beach chair, walk out into the water and snorkle. Also, they have a nice bar just off of it. You should absolutely take a day out at Rum point. Beautiful shaded beach area with some great bars. Finally, take the boat out to Sting Ray City and feed the Rays. Its pretty fargin wild.

Its a great place...I hope to join them for a week next year.

Thanks Chopper. I'll put in a trip to East End.

Beach Suites has its own private beach, so I'm hoping its not too crazy.

So hopeful we get out of town in time. Haven't taken a true vacation in a couple of years!
Been to the Grand Cayman a couple times...

Stay at the Coral Stone Club at the Seven Mile Beach. It's right next to the Ritz Carlton and right on the water.. Water warm, clear and absolutely great... good for a little snorkeling...

If you kids or you may enjoy the Dolphin Discovery - swim with the Dolphins, Cayman Turtle Farm and
Cayman Motor Museum.. The Museum is pretty cool. It has hundred of old cars and motorcycles plus the Batmobile. Some English guy owns it... who would have thunk it on the Cayman's..

Some good Restaurants: Agua, calypso Grill and not to be missed Cracked Conch... For big night out there's the Ritz...

Golf at North South Golf Club... Water sports right by the Ritz; Para-sail, Jet ski.. try Kayaking at Georges kayaks...

hope this helps
