from mid-range and 3’s. When he does drive, he often has to push off with his right and settle with that little banker going away from the basket. He is not a plus plus athlete, and is already more polished than most due to his upbringing (son of Rowan Barrett), so I don’t know if there is as much projection left with him.
Still a very good prospect, but definitely #3 in my book. Kevin Porter Jr. finally got back to playing, I still like his upside despite how this year has turned out.
RE: RE: Pressure's definitely on Mills and Perry. Â
If you win the Zion sweepstakes and strike out in free agency, you can sell a rebuild through the draft and buy yourself some time. Aside from that, they need at least one superstar player out of this summer.
I think if anyone knows if kd is coming it is mills, he is really close with kleinman
My big fear is that they *think* they know he's coming but KD is a wildcard that could easily change his mind 5 times from now until July

Kleinman would know hr has 1 job at roc nation at that is kevin durant, they are friends, his business manager, agent and business partner...
Plus them opening up an office in new york is a very good sign, i checked they are moving from california to new york

I highly doubt they would commit outright given the repercussions for doing so if the league ever found out. On the business move, it's a very positive sign but there are certainly other factors at play. They're focusing on a lot of media related stuff at the moment and Roc Nation is NY based, not to mention Kleiman is here much of the time.
I'm as hopeful and optimistic as anyone but we're still the Knicks and Mills is still Mills so until the contract is signed there will be anxiety (from me at least). I'm a little scarred from the whole Lebron saga in 2010. I thought it was a done deal after they announced he'd be announcing his decision in Greenwich of all places.
actually think Durant knows where he will be next year. Maybe there are factors that change his decision aka maybe he's coming here IF a second guy is committed to joining him etc. But in his head I think he knows where he will be.

i said this before he absolutely knows what he is doing, i think he has known since the start of the season
Knicks are more than likely trading the pick after they sign durant and his costar...
I don't see why that's a given. Having the cap space for two max guys means precisely that you don't have to trade away picks. Ideally you want to be able to support your two big guns with some young impact players.
Because when you sign 2 max guys you are going for a championship especially when 1 is 31...
When you get 2 guys you do not wait for 19 year olds to develop, Knicks will trade that pick for a more established player...
You are no longer in the business of developing players, look at any team that signs a big time free agent, they immediately start looking for vet help...
That's one way to do it, sure. They also have the opportunity to build lasting success beyond the KD years by, when you have young, cheap talent, top of the draft talent in hand, holding on to it. I want KD here, who wouldn't? I'd also like to be able to be a strong team for more than just the 4-5 years he's in a Knicks uniform.
and I think he's going to be a stud. I'd love to keep him if we won the lottery. With that being said, it could come down to this. Win 1 championship and have a competitive window for 4-5 years or being competitive over a longer period of time but maybe never winning it all. Given what we've been through as Knick fans, I'm going for that 1 ring at all costs. Still, I wouldn't complain if they decided to keep Zion (if they won the lottery of course). If they pick 2-5, I'm all for trading it as long as KD is coming.
that moving Zion (if it were him) for AD would be dependent on whether that's a requirement for KD and Kyrie to join the team. If not, then they would keep Zion.
that is why i am ok with keeping the youth and signing 2 maxes, but i think they will go for abig 3
Realistically who would they have to give up to get AD? Would they be able to keep DSJ or M Rob? How many lotto tickets does AD cost?
They would have to give up quite a bit because they would have to make the salaries match. So probably DSJ, Knox, the Number one pick and someone else too.

IMO losing would be better. Harder for him to leave if he thinks they could reel off a record number in a row

Wait so did you write this when thr sixers tanked for 5 years?
why is every team allowed to tank at least once but the knicks do it and they are so horribly run

Writers need to post content every day. Even if it's shit.

I think literally any other cities writers could complain about tanking and i'd be fine. What an idiot.
